The Garden Club is a seasonal group with meets weekly (weather permitting) to ensure our beautiful gardens enhance our spiritual well-being. All are welcome to come out and learn how to care for the St. John’s UCC grounds and get some fresh air and fellowship in the process.
Contact the church office for more information.

The Goodtimers is an adult social group made up of folks who are past the day-to-day responsibilities of raising a family but still have the energy to have fun and fellowship. We have no officers or dues. Various members of our group volunteer to plan an event each month.
We contribute to our church through volunteer work and financial assistance to local missions.

Ladies’ Luncheonette is open to all ladies who attend St. John’s United Church of Christ. We meet on a monthly basis at a local restaurant, selected by the hostesses each month. After lunch there are further opportunities for fellowship.

This is a club for those interested in reading books and discussing them with each other.
Each month a couple book choices will be presented to the club for a vote. We try to choose books that come with discussion questions, however that won’t always be the case. The club is always taking book suggestions.
St. John’s UCC has a fun, inclusive social calendar packed with intergenerational activities and fellowship activities through the year.
Past events include Friendsgiving, kid-freindsly NYW parties, “Holy Whodunnit” murder mystery costume parties, potlucks, trivian and game nights, outdoor family activities, any type of crafting imaginable, parade and festival participation, and group sporting events. For more information on upcoming events or to suggest an event you’d like to attend, contact the church office.
